Cancellations received 14 business days prior to class start date will not incur any charges. Registrants canceling less than 14 business days prior to the class start date or failing to show for a class will be responsible for 100% of the class fee. All cancellations must be sent via email or fax to Linda Hanaway (fax 937-229-0059).
Substitution Policy:
If a company has an employee registered for a class and that person cannot attend, the company may substitute another employee at any time prior to the class start date. Please contact Linda Hanaway or 937-229-9084 with notification of student change as soon as possible.
