This document is intended to establish a clear set of guidelines and rules to allow Greater Dayton IT Alliance (GDITA) membership companies/organizations in good standing to place the GDITA logo on their respective intellectual property. Those not complying with the below set of guidelines will not be allowed to use the GDITA logo on any of their property.
Guidelines to comply with:
Greater Dayton IT Alliance members are the only companies/ organizations welcome to use the GDITA logo on company collateral.
Greater Dayton IT Alliance Member companies must be in “good standing” in order to use the GDITA logo on their respective collateral. This means GDITA membership dues must be paid in full within and no later than 30 days of renewal invoice date.
The GDITA logo and taglines must be clear and legible on all property. It should not be altered or distorted in any way.
The GDITA logo should and will not be used in any other context than to say “ A Member of The Greater Dayton IT Alliance”. It is not to be used or presented as an endorsement for a GDITA member company or organization’s events, programs, articles, websites or any other respective property unless permission is granted and signed by GDITA.
